Pinch pleats offer a more formal heading. Folds are sewn into single, double or triple pleats to give a more tailored look with uniform pleats along the width.
The top of the curtain is reinforced with buckram, which gives structure to the pleats and provides a stable surface for attaching the pin hooks.
